Job Summary:We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager/Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Prospect for new clients in the US/UK region, leveraging your professional network and industry connections to identify potential leads.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls as appropriate within your market or geographic area to engage with potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, growing and leveraging your network to drive new business opportunities.
- Presentation Skills: Plan and execute presentations to client decision makers, working with the team to develop proposals that speak to their needs, concerns, and objectives.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the software industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a business development manager or sales executive.
Required skills include:
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
