Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager/Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Prospect for new clients in the US/UK region, leveraging your professional network and industry connections to identify potential leads.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls as appropriate within your market or geographic area to engage with potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, growing and leveraging your network to drive new business opportunities.
  • Presentation Skills: Plan and execute presentations to client decision makers, working with the team to develop proposals that speak to their needs, concerns, and objectives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the software industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a business development manager or sales executive.

Required skills include:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
