Director of Hospital Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our hospital operations as a Director. This key position requires a strong background in healthcare management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth delivery of patient care services, and implementing policies and procedures to drive quality improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:

  • A degree in medicine or a related field (e.g., MBBS/BDS) with a higher qualification in management
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management or director-level position in a hospital
  • Preference will be given to candidates with specialized training or certifications (e.g., FCPS/FRCS/FRCP/MRCP/MS/MD)
