Job Description

This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for empowering others. You will work cross-functionally to align candidate profiles with client expectations and deliver personalized coaching.

Your work will directly contribute to the development of our global talent ecosystem, enabling businesses to access a broader talent pool and accelerating their hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically assess candidates' experience, skills, and credentials to match them with the most suitable client opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure talent mapping aligns with evolving client requirements.
  • Lead mock interviews to improve candidate presentation and preparedness.
  • Serve as the liaison between candidates and commercial teams, ensuring smooth coordination of interviews, timelines, and client communications.
  • Integrate commercial team feedback into enablement strategies and continuously refine processes to meet client demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in client enablement, recruitment, corporate coaching, communication, or a related field. A background in customer success, talent matching, or end-to-end recruitment processes is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and an analytical mindset.
