About the Role

At Remote, you will be part of a team that embodies the company's dedication to building a worldwide talent community.

This role supports the Mobility team in onboarding and relocating global employees, ensuring immigration compliance and smooth cross-border transitions. You will provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery, monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance, and establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

You will also analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications, maintain current knowledge of immigration law and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, handle escalations, and advise on travel needs and immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications
  • Maintain current knowledge of immigration law and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles, with a focus on immigration
  • Understanding of immigration procedures and the processes involved in ensuring immigration compliance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Composure and efficiency under pressure, maintaining high performance during peak periods

The ideal candidate will have experience in technology or rapidly growing/scale-up environments and be a flexible, adaptable team player who can respond to evolving priorities. Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication across diverse client bases is also essential.
