Job Title: Application Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless system operations.

Your primary focus will be on administering and maintaining software systems, including regular updates, backups, and reporting. You will also manage daily operations of marketing campaigns, setting up and tracking their performance. Additionally, you will perform data mining, analysis, and generate custom reports based on business requirements.

You will handle payment gateway integrations, troubleshoot issues, and onboard new users on system functionalities and usage. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate system solutions, facilitating user support to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in system support, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong command over SQL databases, ERP/CRM/HRMS/POS systems, and business process mapping
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and general system administration
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
