About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mid-Senior level Analyst, working in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and analyzing integration requirements from business stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to understand and document needs.
  • Cordinating with vendors, partners, and countries to analyze data exchange requirements, create data mappings, define API specifications, identify business use cases, and document integrations.
  • Providing training and support to end-users and IT team members on integration-related topics.
  • Performing API testing using tools like Postman and SoapUI to validate request/response and troubleshoot response codes and errors.
  • Conducting System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure data integrity and functionality.
  • Working with developers and operations support teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Performing gap analysis and identifying impacts of changes or enhancements to existing APIs.
  • Maintaining version control for integration documentation and ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Planning rollouts/migrations of services to new APIs and validating post-implementation integrations.
  • Presenting regular status updates and progress reports to supervisors and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT business/integration analysis, integration development, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience working on integration projects, documenting integration specifications, and API testing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of API concepts, protocols, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Ability to create detailed integration documents, API specifications, and use cases.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint & release concepts.
  • Knowledge of database design and SQL.
  • Ability to perform API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
