Support Associate - Customer Relations

Our company seeks a Support Associate to handle customer queries and concerns efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with electronic fund transfers, ensuring timely resolutions to their inquiries.

We are looking for someone who can analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and communicate them effectively.

The successful candidate will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team on areas for improvement.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.

To succeed in this position, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements:
  • O Levels/Matriculation or above
  • Excellent command in English language
  • Age limit: 18-45
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
