
Administrative Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing the daily administrative operations of an organization, managing office services, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient processes.
- To excel in this position, you will need to plan and execute administrative projects, coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and reporting status to management.
You will also assist in developing and implementing administration policies and procedures to improve efficiency and manage the administration budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
The ideal candidate will oversee the management of office facilities, including space planning, health and safety compliance, and security. They will also ensure inward and outward gate passes are processed through ERP systems and manage vendor agreements and quotations according to standards.
Additional responsibilities include planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring social compliance of employees, and handling employee uniforms.
The ideal candidate should possess a graduation degree in Human Resource Management or Public Administration, with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a related field. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), in-page, and MS Outlook is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with a positive attitude and multitasking abilities.
Requirements:- Graduation/BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or Public Administration.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience, preferably in the textile industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), in-page, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
