Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Events/Outreach Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive events and outreach efforts.

About the Job

  1. You will oversee the entire events lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that all events are successful and aligned with the organization's goals.
  2. As an Events/Outreach Manager, you will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities, managing sponsorships, and developing partnerships with key stakeholders.
  3. Another critical aspect of this role is planning and implementing outreach programs to promote the organization's image and offerings.
  4. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute event strategies, including content creation, logistics, and marketing.
  5. Additionally, you will engage with external stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and attendees, to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
