The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this position.

  • Main Responsibilities:\
  • Conducting outbound cold calls to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team\
  • Educating prospects on the benefits of solar energy and answering any questions they may have\
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system\
  • Collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates\
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and performance metrics
\Qualifications:\
  • Requirements:\
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written\
  • Previous experience in cold calling or sales, preferably in the solar industry (a plus)\
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently\
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude\
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
