Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a talented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent for a wide range of industries.
  • Building and managing strong candidate pipelines to ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Crafting compelling job ads and distributing them across leading job boards, social media platforms, and internal networks.
  • Guiding successful candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with employment standards and company policies.
  • Monitoring hiring trends, labor market shifts, and emerging sourcing techniques to continuously refine recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in HR, recruitment, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing agency or similar environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); multilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools; experience using ATS or recruitment software is a plus.
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance (an asset, not required).
