Reporting and Information Management Specialist

The United Nations Migration Agency seeks a skilled Reporting and Information Management professional to support data-driven decision making across Pakistan. Responsibilities include:
Data collection, processing, and analysis for mobility tracking, multi-sector needs assessments, flow monitoring, and specialized surveys targeting return intentions, climate-induced mobility, and protection needs.
- Collaborate with teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to address them;
- Analyze data to inform policy decisions and program development;
- Develop and maintain databases and data visualization tools to support reporting and analysis;
- Provide technical assistance to staff on data management and analysis best practices.
This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, management, or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
