The role is crucial as the face of SadaPay and the primary point of contact for users.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media with a friendly, fun, and honest demeanor.
- Investigate and resolve issues like failed transfers, declined payments, and lost or stolen cards efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and monitor any suspicious activity.
This is an entry-level position requiring a balanced schedule, including working on weekends twice a month with equivalent weekdays off.
