Ticket Resolution Specialist
This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional support to patients and internal stakeholders.
- Process patient orders, update information, and provide order status updates in a timely manner.
- Address patient concerns related to billing, tracking, returns, and insurance coverage, providing effective solutions and follow-up on outstanding cases.
- Collaborate with internal departments to assist patients with additional support needs, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering prompt and professional support to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strong follow-up on all open cases, tracking progress and ensuring no patient inquiries or issues are overlooked or unresolved.
- Document all patient interactions, resolutions, and internal communications accurately in our customer support systems.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate and informed support to patients and stakeholders.
This role requires previous experience in customer support, ticket handling, or a related field, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
