Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Danish interpreter and translator to work in various settings, including healthcare, legal, education, and immigration services.

The successful candidate will provide professional interpreting and translation services to both government and private sectors. This role involves listening, understanding, and reproducing speech into the target language with 100% accuracy.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have fluency in English or another language, a BS/MS degree in English Language, Literature, ELT, or TESOL, and any other interpreting-related qualification. A minimum IELTS score of 6.5 is also required.

You will receive training and development in interpreting and translation, hands-on experience working in live interpretation settings, mentorship from experienced linguists, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact by bridging language gaps in critical public service environments.

We are looking for someone who is able to interpret for people using legal, health, and local government services, check non-English speakers' understanding after each sentence, and deal with highly confidential information.

Beyond technical skills, we require a high level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity when interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds.
