Commercial Sales Lead

As a Zonal Sales Manager at Ilyas Group of Industries Ltd., you will be responsible for leading our sales team in Gujranwala, Pakistan.
Key AccountabilitiesRegional Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
Store Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess store and individual performances, providing recommendations for improvement.
Zonal Sales Reporting: Provide timely and accurate updates on Zonal sales performance.
Profit Forecasting: Prepare and review quarterly and annual profit forecasts.
Staffing Management: Assess staffing requirements and select suitable candidates for training and development.
Budget Management: Establish and manage budgets for the area of responsibility.
Market Trend Analysis: Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, recommending solutions to management.
Strategic Decision Making: Participate in strategic planning for expansion or acquisition decisions.
Customer Satisfaction: Recommend innovative sales techniques and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Zonal Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
