Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering top-notch customer service and troubleshooting complex technical issues. You will be responsible for setting up hardware, installing and configuring software, maintaining and repairing technological equipment, and performing regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.

You will also be proficient in utilizing computer systems and IT components, with knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
