Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Strategic Product Roadmaps:
  • Pursue product innovation by conducting research, analyzing market trends and benchmarks.
  • Regularly assess competition to refine product parameters, delivery channels and marketing strategies.
  • Craft product launch plans in tandem with business objectives.
  • Establish revenue and cost forecasts for the product.
  • Set pricing to meet financial targets in conjunction with treasury and business departments.
  • Provide technical support for product implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Train staff on pilot tests.
  • Explore alternative distribution channels for product delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and analyze uptake trends, taking corrective measures as needed.
Job Specifications

Qualifications: Master's degree (MBA or Finance) from a reputable institution.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a product manager in banking or development sectors.
Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Effective teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to influence teams without formal authority.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office software.
