Job Title

We're looking for a highly skilled Product Manager Associate to join our global team. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of innovative products that meet the needs of businesses in North America.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and operations, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. They will be responsible for assisting in the product development lifecycle, from research to launch, and for gathering and analyzing user feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the product development lifecycle, from research to launch.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
  • Manage product operations, including sprint rituals, release coordination, and documentation.
  • Schedule and facilitate team meetings, stakeholder calls, and communications.
  • Create and maintain product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Track product metrics and prepare reports for leadership review.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product, operations, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency with modern work tools and AI technologies.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to work with partial overlap with US business hours.
