Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer service attitude.
About the Role:
The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and handling administrative tasks in a warm and professional manner.
They will maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
The coordinator will receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, as well as assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
They will also provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and copying.
In addition, the coordinator will coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and uphold security procedures.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional administrative training being a plus.
- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Professional appearance and demeanor are must-haves, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are also necessary.
- A customer service attitude and team-player mindset are a requirement.

This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.
The location of the office is in DHA 1 Sector F Rwp.
