Remote Administrative Assistant

Job Description

This role involves providing virtual administrative support to our team, including email management, scheduling, and prioritization. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support account managers with administrative tasks, including email management and scheduling.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate restocks.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Engage with customers and community members via forums and direct messages.
  • Extract and organize marketing and ad performance data.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of online/remote work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, RLM, Qlik, ClickUp, Asana, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
