Job Description

You will establish strong relationships with corporate customers through exceptional service and timely communication of information and documentation. Your goal is to oversee accurate and timely billing for corporate customers. To enhance operational efficiency, you will manage the freight process flow. Additionally, you will analyze workflows to boost productivity, identify best practices, and implement cost optimization strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve import LCL sales and revenue growth.
  • Serve as primary contact for all corporate customers, ensuring excellent service and timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Key Skills & Qualifications

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience are required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
