Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the entire talent acquisition process. This professional will be responsible for sourcing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and building strong relationships with potential hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source high-quality candidates through various job boards and networks.
  • Shortlist applicants, schedule interviews, and manage correspondence throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential hires.
  • Design dashboards to track and analyze recruitment metrics, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Engage stakeholders throughout the talent acquisition process, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in global technical recruitment within the IT industry.
  • Experience working with LATAM candidates is highly desirable.
  • End-to-end recruitment cycle experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation.
  • Strong professional network and ability to leverage external sources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
