Job Opportunity

We're looking for a driven individual to fill the role of HR Trainee. This position offers an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant data in the ATS.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn posts, career events, outreach).
  • Help with onboarding documentation and other recruitment-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to take initiative and learn in a fast-paced environment.
