We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the CCTV surveillance infrastructure and manage a team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NVRs, CCTV cameras, network switches, routers, and other equipment.
  • Develop BOQs, layouts, and equipment lists for new surveillance projects, taking into account site-specific requirements.
  • Create detailed surveillance layouts based on warehouse/building structure, identifying high-risk areas and optimizing system performance.
  • Conduct regular system health checks across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operation and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Lead quarterly surveillance audits, analyzing performance data and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Monitor team attendance, performance, and KPIs, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Schedule technician visits and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Ensure stable ISP connectivity for uninterrupted live CCTV streaming in the control room.
  • Manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) related to surveillance equipment and services, adhering to company procurement policies.
  • Provide technical briefings to stakeholders, explaining BOQs, layouts, and security compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in CCTV/surveillance operations or security surveillance.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience in a technical/security environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including IP cameras, analog cameras, NVRs.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network switches, routers, and POE systems.
  • Experience with surveillance software (e.g., Smart PSS/IMOU Life).
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN, IP addressing, remote access technologies, UPS systems, power backups, and fiber/UTP cabling.
  • Ability to read and design layouts, BOQs, and equipment placement plans.
  • Hands-on experience in system health checks, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
