About the Role

The Senior Architect will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of architectural design and construction projects
  • Development of project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and resources
  • Collaboration with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Leadership and management of a team of architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Review and approval of architectural drawings and designs
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with local knowledge of building codes and regulations in Karachi
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality
