This is a full-time on-site role for a senior healthcare professional to oversee night-shift clinical operations, manage staff, and ensure quality patient care. Daily tasks include monitoring patient care activities, coordinating with medical professionals, training staff, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Clinical Operations and Quality Improvement, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. A managerial background in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead night-shift clinical operations to deliver high-quality patient care
- Manage and train staff to meet the needs of our patients
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in Clinical Operations and Quality Improvement
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a night-shift role
- MBBS with managerial experience in a healthcare setting (desired)
