Job Title: Architect

We are seeking a skilled architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing project quotations, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and creating 3D models and renderings to bring design concepts to life.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Quotations: Prepare and manage project cost estimates using software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide professional guidance, and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
  • 3D Modeling & Rendering: Develop high-quality visualizations to present design concepts effectively.
  • Technical Drawings & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that designs adhere to company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, and working with software is highly preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in 3D rendering software and AutoCAD.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present and explain designs to clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise and accurate quotations, drawings, and visualizations.
