We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance and sustain client satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Act as a liaison between the company and US-based clients, facilitating communication and addressing concerns raised by various departments.
- Promote seamless access to resources, enabling clients to resolve day-to-day queries efficiently.
- Conduct regular proactive meetings with clients via phone to ensure all issues are addressed promptly.
- Contribute to the company's growth by promoting client retention.
- Exceptional proficiency in English language.
- Fluent spoken English with complete confidence.
- Understand the impact of attitude on handling calls professionally.
- Apply proper telephone etiquette to cater to diverse customer situations.
- International call center experience is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of computer troubleshooting.
