Project Manager Lead

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the project team, identifying and securing necessary resources, managing project plans in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure, ensuring contracting arrangements are in place, preparing delivery models, facilitating business requirements specifications and solution briefs, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and lead a high-performing project team
- IDentify and engage required resources to support the project team
- Develop and maintain a project plan aligned with the Work Breakdown Structure
- Lodging the project plan with the relevant authorities
- Evaluate and ensure that contracting arrangements are in place for potential vendors
- Prepare and implement delivery models
- Organize and facilitate team meetings
- Facilitate the preparation of Business Requirements Specifications
- Manage the Change Management process associated with the project
- Support the preparation of Solution Briefs
- Develop an Implementation plan
- Oversee the project to schedule, cost, and estimate to complete
- Engage internal and external suppliers of development resources in collaboration with the PMO
- Manage build activities
- Ensure testing is complete and issues or defects are addressed
- Guide the project through the Project / Operational Readiness Review
- Achieve the delivery date
- Coordinate the deployment of technical, process, organizational, and support elements of the solution
