
Customer Support Training Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Training Coordinator to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing training programs for our customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership to create comprehensive training programs for the Customer Solutions and Onboarding departments.
- Work closely with the Customer Experience manager to assess and address training needs.
- Present training material to the full team through regular meetings.
- Provide hands-on training to new hires using LMS, mock calls, and live tickets in both departments.
- Develop LMS content for new product features in collaboration with Product Experience.
- Offer additional training to employees on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for customer support teams.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with leadership and Customer Experience managers.
- Proficiency in presenting training material through various methods, including meetings, LMS, and hands-on training.
- Experience with mock calls, live tickets, and training on new product features.
- Ability to provide targeted training for employees on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
