Proposal Writer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, drafting, editing, and submitting high-quality business proposals and bids in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) across various platforms.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, a strong grasp of business writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a degree in English language & literature, a minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding, and excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.

We are looking for an analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude who can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze current and future markets to identify new opportunities.
  • Respond to RFPs and business proposals (Bids), ensuring compliance with all submission requirements.
  • Develop proposal outlines and manage proposal timelines in collaboration with Proposal Managers.
  • Write, edit, and compile proposal content, including executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP criteria (content, formatting, length, layout).
  • Maintain quality using templates and consistent proposal-writing standards.
  • Organize and update all related proposal documentation.
  • Track and maintain a log of submitted bids and their outcomes.
  • Track and maintain a record of all submitted proposals and their statuses.

Requirements
