Job Description:

Translation Empire is seeking a Proposal Writer to develop high-quality business proposals and bids. As an ideal candidate, you will possess strong research, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and draft compelling business proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify current and future trends and opportunities.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and submit business proposals as bids.
  • Address queries related to proposals and raise concerns after assessing Terms of Reference (ToRs).
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to the content and presentation of proposals, including preparing management summaries.
  • Ensure proposals are compliant with business requirements and reflect best practices in structure, content, and presentation.
  • Apply APMP best practices to ensure high-quality, professional proposals.
  • Implement and maintain proposal development tools, templates, and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on proposal best practices.

Qualification and Experience:

Applicants should have a degree in English language & literature, with 2 years of experience in proposal writing or a bidding department preferred.
