Translation Empire is seeking a dynamic Bid Writer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality, compelling bid responses and proposals to secure new business opportunities.

  • Manage the complete bid cycle from drafting to proofreading, formatting, submission, and follow-ups">
  • Identify and monitor tender opportunities through portals, procurement websites, and market research">
  • Prepare high-quality, tailored bids and proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs">
  • Research eligibility criteria, client requirements, and project scopes to ensure compliance and competitiveness">
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, case studies, and technical input for proposals">
  • Track and report bid outcomes, maintain a knowledge base of successful submissions and lessons learned">
  • Respond to client queries and clarifications during and after the bidding process">

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must have a degree in English language & literature.

">

They should have at least 3 years of experience in bid/tender writing, proposal development, or procurement.

">

Fluent in English with exceptional written communication skills is required.

">

Demonstrated experience managing multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines is essential.

">

High attention to detail, with the ability to write complex narratives clearly and persuasively, is necessary.

">

Work mode: Work from Office.

Location: Bahria Town Ph 7 Office.
