IT Support and Digital Marketing Expert

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creative flair. As an IT Support and Digital Marketing Expert, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage digital media archives, create engaging content, and maintain the WordPress website. You will also provide technical support to employees, diagnose and resolve IT problems, and configure IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in SEO, and possess hands-on experience in installing IT hardware and software.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Graphic Design, proven experience in WordPress website management, and a strong portfolio of design and marketing work. They will also have experience in SEO and SMM, Google Analytics, and backlink analysis. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Manage digital media archives, including photos and videos.
  • Create engaging content for social media and blog posts.
  • Maintain the WordPress website and ensure it is up-to-date.
  • Provide technical support to employees.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT problems.
  • Configure IT solutions, including implementing new software programs.
  • Install and maintain IT hardware and software.
