
Senior Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the Admin Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- To provide professional guidance and support to all team members of the Admin Department, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to perform their duties effectively.
- To ensure an effective role of all admin personnel in providing administrative support to all stakeholders, monitoring all activities falling under the admin department, and identifying areas for improvement.
- To liaise with government agencies and external interfaces in connection with administrative issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- To maintain accurate attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining office facilities, furniture, water, and power supply systems, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
- Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of high standards of products/supplies, following up on repair/maintenance activities as needed.
- Responsible for building and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes.
- Responsible for properly maintaining files of all admin-related records, ensuring smooth operations of the department.
- To liaise with government agencies like WAPDA, Police, and other agencies/suppliers like TCS, DHL, TNT, American Express, Chamber of Commerce, Hotels & assorted contractors, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Responsible for provision of pool car/rent-a-car, scrutiny of bills, and distribution for charging to various cost centers.
- To ensure timely arrangement of all passports, visas, & hotel reservations (Local & overseas), ensuring minimum disruptions to business operations.
- Responsible for registration & insurance of all Company vehicles, its maintenance and provision of pool car/rent-a-car.
- To take initiatives in making the admin department a very efficient facilitator and to carry out any other task assigned by the Executive Management.
- Masters degree in a relevant field (MPA, MBA, or LLB)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, Windows, and Internet.
