Key Senior Developer Position

A leading software engineer responsible for developing server applications and ensuring the functionality, security, and performance of these applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers by mentoring them through continuous training and guidance.
  • Assess business requirements to estimate assigned tasks and optimize project timelines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to write code, unit tests, and ensure minimum 90% test coverage.
  • Tune your code for enhanced security and performance.
  • Maintain systems by fixing any existing issues.
  • Update issue tracking software.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide status updates.
  • Control versions of your code and maintain a clean coding environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of related experience in professional industry.
  • Extensive experience with Python using Django framework.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, tools, and platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience of Azure and AWS.
  • Understanding of security standards and compliances.
  • Experience with different relational and schemaless databases.
  • Creating database structure for required functionality.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Github, JIRA, and other collaboration tools.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
  • Flexible attitude and versatile personality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
