  • A leading player in the HealthTech industry is seeking a seasoned Sales Hunter with extensive experience in closing deals within the healthcare sector, specifically targeting hospitals and clinics in the UAE and GCC regions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, procurement heads, and medical professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mastery of HealthTech and MedTech solutions, with a focus on EHRs, SaaS, medical devices, and hospital IT.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences, including technical experts and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in value-selling techniques, with the ability to articulate the benefits and ROI of complex products and services.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, laws, and compliance requirements, as well as Arabic language skills (preferred).
  • Self-motivated and result-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently, yet collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
