
IT Services Lead Generator

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to generate high-quality lead lists for our business. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in B2B lead generation for IT service-based companies targeting the USA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate or work independently to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Conduct deep market research to identify potential clients across the USA in the IT services and software consultancy domain.
- Extract and compile clean, accurate lead data including: Company name, website, contact person's name and job title, verified business email addresses, LinkedIn profile URLs, company size, industry, and location.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, or other cost-effective/free platforms. Organize and maintain lead databases in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ensure all data collection is compliant with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, or other cost-effective/free platforms. Organize and maintain lead databases in Google Sheets or Excel.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT service-based companies targeting the USA market.
- Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, etc.
- Ability to generate 500–1000 verified leads daily, leveraging mostly free tools to minimize costs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with compliance standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
