As a Secretary with Abroad Work, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our organization's operations. This involves handling a range of tasks that enable us to function efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  2. Organize meetings and events, ensuring smooth coordination and communication
  3. Maintain accurate schedules, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  4. Handle correspondence and emails, maintaining a professional tone at all times
  5. Manage databases and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  6. Prepare documents for review and approval, meeting set standards
  7. Arrange travel itineraries for employees, ensuring seamless logistics
  8. Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality
  9. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in an administrative field is essential
  2. Three years of related experience are required, demonstrating a strong understanding of administrative principles
  3. Excellent organizational skills, enabling the ability to prioritize workloads while meeting deadlines
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other software programs used by the company is crucial
  5. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration and communication
