The successful candidate will design and implement OD strategies and programs to support the company's growth and transformation. They will lead change management initiatives that drive engagement and align with strategic goals. Additionally, they will evaluate organizational structures and recommend improvements for effectiveness and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate organizational structures and recommend improvements for effectiveness and scalability.
• Work towards cultivating and embedding company values and desired culture across the organization.
• Design and lead employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys), and follow-up action plans.
• Act as a culture ambassador and advisor to senior leadership on key cultural matters.
• Develop leadership development programs for emerging leaders, managers, and senior executives.
• Facilitate learning experiences that promote growth mindsets, collaboration, and innovation.
• Introduce coaching, mentoring, and succession planning frameworks.
• Drive initiatives that foster high-performing teams and enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build OD tools and frameworks (e.g., competency models, team diagnostics) to elevate team performance.
