Education Conversion Officer / Counsellor

The primary role of the Education Conversion Officer/Counsellor is to assist clients in achieving their academic and career goals through informed guidance and support.

This involves conducting comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and career aspirations. The counsellor must also stay up-to-date with international universities, programs, and admission requirements to provide accurate information to clients.

The counsellor's duties include assisting clients in selecting suitable educational institutions and programs, guiding them through the application process, including document preparation and visa applications, and providing ongoing support and advice throughout their journey.

Additionally, the counsellor must stay informed about scholarship opportunities, financial aid options, and funding resources to help clients secure financial assistance for their studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough consultations with clients to understand their academic and career goals.
  • Researching international universities, programs, and admission requirements.
  • Assisting clients in selecting suitable educational institutions and programs.
  • Guiding clients through the application process, including document preparation and visa applications.
  • Providing ongoing support and advice to clients during their educational journey.
  • Staying informed about scholarship opportunities, financial aid options, and funding resources.
