Solar Energy Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Description:

As a rapidly growing company in the solar energy sector, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop renewable energy projects and drive sales strategy across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business leads in the B2B segment while growing sales and supporting existing customers
  • Drive sales strategy with clear, measurable metrics
  • Monitor client payments and resolve customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and participate in industry events
  • Prepare sales materials and present information to clients
  • Project manage the client journey from start to finish

We require a sales professional with experience in active sales of renewable energy solutions for at least 3 years, strong background in technical sales, and knowledge of solar and other renewable energy technologies. You must be able to thrive in an international environment, maintain high levels of sales negotiation ethics, and have excellent communication skills.
