Procurement Expertise Opportunity

The successful Procurement Expert will play a pivotal role in crafting BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing BOQs, specifications, and tender documents in coordination with operations teams to drive cost-effective strategies
  • Periodic price evaluation for key raw materials and critical items to optimize procurement processes
  • Leading Tendering activities, defining tender processes, inviting bids from pre-qualified vendors, completing the tender cycle/process, and finalizing vendors by considering procurement SOPs
  • Managing procure-to-pay (P2P) & source to pay (S2P) processes to ensure compliance with strategies, purchasing channels, policies, processes, and procedures
  • Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, assertively negotiating commercial supplier relationships, and managing contracts to deliver significant cost savings for the business
  • Developing and monitoring Contractor Performance Management Systems in coordination with operations teams
  • Exploring and driving cost-saving initiatives by applying global best practices with required local customization, coordinating with clients, CBRE global teams, and local operations teams
  • Providing extended support to finance departments on their requirements and queries related to supplier invoicing, documentation, and active status
  • Contributing to achieving departmental savings targets through the concept of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
