Job Opportunity: Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring timely deliveries and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate would have served in a leadership position within the armed forces, preferably in logistics.

The role involves managing post-contract activities, including record keeping, delivery coordination, inspections, billing, and liaison with procurement offices and end-users. The selected candidate must be familiar with basic banking and international trade practices, such as bank guarantees (BGs) and letters of credit (LCs). Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, deliveries, and payments.
  • Delivery Coordination: Ensure seamless delivery of goods and services, and conduct regular inspections to verify quality standards.
  • Liaison with Procurement Offices: Establish strong relationships with procurement offices and end-users to facilitate smooth transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Residency in Bahria Town Rawalpindi or DHA Rawalpindi.
