Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Channel Business Development Manager to drive organizational productivity and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative strategies to increase productivity, boost sales, and enhance business operations.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to plan, implement, and track key business initiatives.
  • Lead special projects to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and ensure timely coordination.
  • Act as liaison between designated teams to identify key deliverables, collaborate on business objectives, and drive synergies across various functions.
  • Drive business process optimization by identifying areas for improvement and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with senior management to recommend business strategies and plans around sales, marketing, product, and other key cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, analytical insights, process improvement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and educated to minimum graduation or masters (preferably).
  • 10-15 years of experience in planning roles, driving high-impact initiatives, and strategic planning.
