Deep Learning Specialist

We seek a seasoned expert in advanced machine learning to lead the development of sophisticated deep learning models. This individual will design and deploy cutting-edge architectures for image, text, or signal data.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Optimize Deep Learning Architectures: The successful candidate will create and refine complex deep learning models to tackle problems where traditional ML methods are insufficient.
  • Fine-Tune LLMs or CNNs: Based on project requirements, fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) or Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs).
  • Address Model Issues: Resolve overfitting, data imbalance, and model bias issues to ensure accurate results.
  • Evaluate DL Models: Evaluate deep learning models in production environments to guarantee they meet performance standards.
  • Share Best Practices: Share knowledge with engineering teams to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:
  • Qualification and Experience: A Master's or PhD in AI, Deep Learning, or a related field, coupled with 3+ years of experience in deep learning.
  • Strong Grasp of DL Frameworks: Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience in Transfer Learning: Familiarity with transfer learning, GANs, and transformers.
