National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF) is the training arm of State Bank of Pakistan, specializing in providing training for central bankers, commercial bankers, micro and rural finance providers, and management professionals. NIBAF is known for its local and international training programs and information dissemination activities. It offers training in modern banking concepts and practices, including specialized disciplines like Islamic Finance, Agri Finance, SME, and Housing Finance.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Learning Expert located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The E-Learning Expert will be responsible for managing learning management systems, designing and developing instructional materials, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring effective communication within the e-learning platform.
Qualifications
- Learning Management skills
- Training & Development expertise
- Instructional Design capabilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
