FP&A Manager Job Summary

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through effective financial planning and analysis. This key role will focus on providing strategic insights to inform decision-making and drive operational efficiency.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Design and deliver ad-hoc reports to support business needs, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Pursue opportunities to streamline and reengineer existing processes, maximizing efficiency and improving data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in financial planning and analysis for a multi-product company.
  • Strong leadership initiative in a matrix or flat organization.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to create summary reports that are easy to digest.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with frequently changing priorities.
  • Experience with SAP (Hyperion Essbase) is a plus.
