Job Opportunity: Tech Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill a critical role in our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client communications, following up on leads, and writing proposals.

Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Writing: Write tailored bids and proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
  • Email Communication: Respond to and follow up on emails with potential clients
  • Project Tracking: Track proposals and identify follow-up needs
  • Cold Email Marketing: Assist with cold and warm email marketing replies
  • Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with the delivery team after lead conversion
  • CRM Management: Maintain a simple CRM or tracker
Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English writing skills (grammar, tone, clarity)
  • Tech Background: Basic understanding of tech/digital services
  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales, bidding, or client communication is advantageous
  • Writing Ability: Ability to write quickly and naturally
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to craft standout proposals
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Gmail, Excel/Sheets, Upwork/Fiverr dashboards
Bonus Points:
  • Agency Experience: Experience with agencies or digital service providers
  • CRM Knowledge: Knowledge of CRMs or sales tools
  • Prospecting Experience: Experience with cold outreach or prospecting

Work remotely with flexible hours, get monthly pay PKR 25,000 to 30,000 based on experience, and enjoy a supportive team valuing initiative and clarity.
